There is a small store a block away that contains most day-to-day necessities, with a much larger grocer and super store just a 5 minute drive away (Fresh Grocer).
Access
The entire house, all 3 stories and roofdeck!
House Rules
$500 fee for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 fee for excessive noise (quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM)
$500 fee for smoking.
$500 fee for violation of the house rules.
$50/hr fee for unauthorized late check-out every hour past your check-out time.
$50/person fee for people in the unit that is not on the reservation, and for each person in the unit past the number of guests booked.
We also love hosting fluffy guests for a $250/pet rental fee for the entire stay.
Please refrain from flushing any items that could potentially clog the toilet. We strive to maintain a comfortable and clean environment for all our guests. Please note that a $500 fee will be charged for any repairs needed due to a clogged toilet.
