What Are The Options?

1. We become your tenant

Our company becomes your tenant under a company lease agreement and we provide the following benefits :
- Your property is kept in hotel standard condition. We look after your assets.
- No voids – your rent is guaranteed for the duration of our agreement.
- We take care of any maintenance up to $50 including VAT.
- The property is inspected by our cleaning team weekly as a minimum.
- You can inspect the property as regularly as you wish (24 hours notice).
- We can make arrangements quickly (less than 2 weeks until your first rental payment).
- Hassle free – you can be confident in your return and that your property is being looked after by us.

2. We manage the property as short term lets on your behalf

On this option we market your property in the same way as option 1, however the key differences are : The return varies from month to month and could be higher than the guaranteed rent amount.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our fee is aligned with performance at 25-30% of accommodation fare (this includes the cost and stocking of consumables).  If you do well, we do well.   We succeed together.

The guest pays the cleaning fee.

Nothing, we handle all performance activity.

You receive access to a portal showing reservations live as they get booked, including the accommodation fare and guest count.  Each month you receive a P&L and corresponding ACH transfer payout.

Our team of housekeepers, boots on the ground concierges, and maintenance members keep a consistent eye on your home.
