We heat the cabin with an oil-filled radiator heater along with a cozy and romantic mini gas fireplace.

Bring your snuggly slippers and cuddle up on the double wide convertible sofa while you Netflix + chill. #romance with that special person.

Neighborhood

The cabin is across the street from Lake Naomi and surrounded by large pine trees. A private paradise escape.

Access

You have access to your tiny cabin and the outside deck, front porch and gazebo. We do not have access to the Lake Naomi amenities

House Rules

We have a wood burning fireplace centrally located in your tiny cabin.
The cabin can be chilly in the winter, so bring your snuggly slippers, robe and settle in for a cozy relaxing winter wonderland experience.
Immediate eviction without refund for smoking or vaping of anything inside our home and for parties/gatherings that create disturbances to our neighbors.

WE LOVE PETS POLICY
We are a pet-friendly family. We have an amazing miniature schnauzer and we very appreciative when hosts and service providers allow us to bring him along with us. A few notes about our policy:
– Pet Fee of $50/per pet. Pets not allowed without preapproval
-Pets are NOT allowed to be left unattended in the cabin unless they are crated. If not crated, they MUST not be left alone and must be taken with the guest. This is for the safety of your pet and our home.
-We do not let our dog out into the back yard to go to the bathroom. We walk him along the road and we pick up after him. There will be a $350 pet waste cleanup if you fail to walk and scoop up after your pet.
-Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds at any time.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS IN EXCESS OF THE INITIAL RESERVATION
Only the number of guests, in the initial reservation, are authorized to access the rental which includes onsite at the property unless you have prior approval from the owner
Failure to notify the host of additional guests and/or having more guests than authorized on the reservation could result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
