Failure to provide this information will be penalized by HOA for $100.00. Please send an inquiry for more details. Amenity use passes to the community may be purchased for $8 (non-holiday) $10 (weekend or holiday) per pass per day per person, or $30 (non-holiday) $50 (holiday week) per week per person. -Community beachy lakes -Indoor Pool along with a -dry sauna -pool table -Tree Top Lounge -Fitness Center -snow tubing and sledding hills (season dependent) All reservations made within 3 days of arrival, including change of information (additional guests) or without registration will be subject to a $50 change fee. HOA Fee of $100 for each registration. We can host your furry friend for $150/stay, non refundable. Must be 25+ to rent *Please be advised that we require our non-Airbnb guests to provide a clear copy of Government ID before arrival* *Reservations made outside of Airbnb need to be paid in full at least 5 days prior to the check-in date.
