Space
Enter the home to vaulted pine covered ceilings. Greeted by a cozy living room and open concept setting. Large kitchen and dining table for the whole group.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need for your group’s trip, with dinner seating for 8 (up to 14 day-guests allowed).
Off the kitchen, you’ll find spacious outdoor dining on the deck overlooking the Pocono pine trees and well-cared for propane grill ready for those family dinners on summer nights.
The first floor features 3 bedrooms. The first is the downstairs master guest room, outfitted with plenty of space to spread out, a plush queen mattress, and an ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom is perfect for the kids or singles with two sets of twin bunk beds.
Bedroom three offers a plush queen mattress of its own.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 are steps away from their own full hall bathroom.
From the main floor, head up to the master suite, boasting views of the back woods, it’s own private deck, and luxury full bathroom.
Saving what may be the best for last, the converted garage turned rec space features everything you could dream of. There is a comfy seating area across from custom cocktail bar, pool table, arcade games such as Ms. Pacman and Big Buck Hunter, and a second living area with ultra HD smart TV.
The outdoor area features an expansive deck with outdoor seating, a propane grill, hot tub, and spacious fire pit. You’ll certainly be spending some time in the backyard!
Transit
We have (2) adult bikes included in the shed for you to take on your stroll around the community and over to the lake!

Please refrain from flushing any items that could potentially clog the toilet. We strive to maintain a comfortable and clean environment for all our guests. Please note that a $500 fee will be charged for any repairs needed due to a clogged toilet.
Please avoid making excessive noise especially after night hours. The community is sensitive to such noise, and violation of this policy is subjected to $500 fine
