PLEASE READ before booking: We require some information that is needed by the Home Owners Association and must be submitted 3 days prior to your arrival. Failure to provide this information will be penalized by HOA for $100.00. Please send an inquiry for more details.

All reservations made within 3 days of arrival or without registration will be subject to a $50 fee.

Amenity use passes to the community may be purchased for $8 (non-holiday) $10 (weekend or holiday) per pass per day per person, or $30 (non-holiday) $50 (holiday week) per week per person. This includes access to:

-snow tubing and sledding hills (season dependent)

House Rules

Please refrain from flushing any items that could potentially clog the toilet. We strive to maintain a comfortable and clean environment for all our guests. Please note that a $500 fee will be charged for any repairs needed due to a clogged toilet.
