Our 3 bedroom house has a sleek design inside and out, boasting a hot tub, grill, air hockey table, smart TV, and several spacious bedrooms to rest between a long day of activities. Our cozy retreat is located inside A Pocono Country Place which has a wide variety of amenities to offer you and your family on your next visit!

Space

Our peaceful retreat is nestled within a gated community called A Pocono Country Place and is conveniently located near just about everything you could need for your trip! Enjoy the community lakes and amenities (listed below). Shopping center is just a short 10 minute drive away with other Pocono staples being right around the corner as well.

Upon arriving in the driveway, there is a small front porch area in which the front door is located. The front of the house is surrounded by trees to provide privacy to you and your family.

Upon entry, you will walk into our stunning living area. Our living area is furnished with comfy sofa seating and a 55 inch Smart TV for you to sit back and watch your favorite movie or TV series.

The first floor boasts a modern kitchen, dining room, large living room, air hockey table, a spacious bedroom, and access to the back deck for the hot tub (fits 4 people comfortably). One bathroom has a bathtub incase you plan to bring any little ones. The other has a luxury designed shower to clean up after a long day of adventure.

The kitchen and dining area are attached the living area. The dining table has seating for 6 people which provides enough seating for everyone to gather around for a family dinner and games! The kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware, dishware, and houseware that you will need to feel right at home!

PLEASE READ before booking: We require some information that is needed by the Home Owners Association and must be submitted 3 days prior to your arrival. Failure to provide this information will be penalized by HOA for $100.00. Please send an inquiry for more details.

Pets are welcome with a $150 per pet fee.

The entire house is yours to enjoy! Feel free to enjoy the community amenities such as 4 pools, 3 clubhouses, 2 lakes, 1 swimming beach, paddle boats, a miniature golf course, multiple tennis courts, multiple basketball courts,
kayaks & canoes, 2 dog parks, community grills, outdoor ping pong & cornhole, 2 ball fields, community gardens, 1 pavilion, seasonal cafe, and multiple playgrounds.
